The project features a diverse array of facilities, encompassing premium Grade-A offices, state-of-the-art conference and exhibition centers, luxury apartments, and dynamic retail outlets. Strategically situated within the podium, the retail and conventional spaces are designed to provide optimal accessibility. The architectural plan positions the office spaces up to the midpoint of the tower, ensuring a vibrant work environment. Crowning the structure, the residential apartments offer residents serene and picturesque views of the ocean, establishing a sanctuary above the bustling cityscape.

 Previously an underutilized industrial area, Bagualing is set to transform into a vibrant center for fintech headquarters and research and development firms, as outlined in the latest proposals for the Special Economic Zone. It spans from the basement to the second floor, connected by sky bridges. Elevated 17 meters from the ground, it creates an expansive public square and a versatile hall beneath, designed to host a variety of outdoor events, including music festivals, “vertical marathons,” and other grand events.

Nestled in the financial district near Hongling North Road, the complex boasts a towering structure that combines office spaces and residential apartments, complemented by a bustling retail base.
